Account Deletion Request
You have the right to request the deletion of your PsyObjects account and all associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and data, please contact us using one of the methods below:
- Via the app — open PsyObjects, go to Settings → Contact Us and select Account Deletion Request as the subject.
- Via the website — use our Contact form and select Account Deletion Request as the subject.
- Via email — send an email to admin.ams@amarksoft.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your PsyObjects account.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following personal data is permanently removed:
- Your email address
- Your display name
- Your country
- Your password (hashed)
- Your account preferences and settings
- Your subscription and billing records
- Your daily usage records
What Data Is Retained
Word associations (tags) you have submitted are part of the community dataset and contribute to the emotional map of images. Upon account deletion, these tags are anonymised — the link between the tag and your account is permanently removed, but the tag itself may remain as anonymous community data.
No personal data is retained after account deletion. Anonymised tag data contains no information that can identify you.
